Visa Regulations for Bahrain

eVisa eligibility has now been extended to 114 nationalities from the previous list of 38. Additionally, visa on arrival eligibility is now extended to nationals of certain European and Central and South American countries. Please note that a visit visa does not entitle the visitor to take up permanent work in Bahrain. Please be aware that the issuing of visas can be quite a lengthy process and that you must have a passport that is valid of at least 6 months from departure. Please contact the official travel agent should you require further details on the visa application process.   • Bahrain’s National Guard’s Director-of-Staff, Major General Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, received Kuwait’s Military Attaché to the Kingdom, Major General Ali Suleiman Al-Asaker, Bahrain News Agency (BNA) reported.
  • His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Bahrain’s Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, visited the Royal Guards Headquarters to honor Bahrain Defense Force (BDF) Task Force 12, which participated in Operation Restoring Hope as part of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition mission to restore stability in Yemen.

    Upon arrival, the Crown Prince was received by Defense Affairs Minister, Lieutenant-General Yusuf bin Ahmed Al-Jalahma, BDF’s Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqer Al Noaimi, Royal Guards Commander, His Highness Brigadier Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Royal Guards Special Forces Commander, His Highness Major Sheikh Khaled bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and senior officers.
